Antique Victorian 1800s large silver tone faceted cut steel brooch bar pin

Excellent antique condition, there are a couple of small spots where rust has formed but overall this is one of the more beautiful cut steel pieces I've encountered and photos do not accurately capture the bright and reflective beauty of all of the lovely heavily faceted cut steel "gemstones". Likely French, no markings. Clasp functions perfectly. Please see photos for measurements in inches.
