RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We accept return requests made within 14 days of delivery.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return, an item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and securely packaged for return shipment. Because our jewelry is antique, vintage, estate, or previously owned, signs of age and wear may be present and will be described and photographed in the listing.

REQUESTING A RETURN

Please contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery before sending an item back. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for purchasing and paying for return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked and appropriately insured shipping service, as the customer is responsible for the item until it is safely delivered back to us.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the item arrived damaged, the wrong item was sent, or we made a significant error in the listing.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if it arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Include clear photographs of the item and packaging so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit-card provider to process the refund.

No restocking fee is charged.

CANCELLATIONS

An order may be canceled until it has been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it must be handled through the standard return process.

EXCHANGES

Because most pieces are one of a kind, direct exchanges are generally unavailable. The simplest way to obtain another item is to return the original purchase and place a separate order for the desired piece.
