Excellent vintage condition with minor discoloration present. This piece is unsigned but was patented in February 1941 as a "pin clip" by Gene Verrecchio for Coro. Can be worn as a brooch, fur, or clothing clip. Features a pot metal base with gorgeous detailed bow, dozens of clear faceted glass rhinestones, and 11 blue moonglow lucite cabochons in different sizes. Clip functions perfectly.
