Excellent antique condition, a couple of glass rhinestones show minor surface wear and gold gilding shows minor discoloration and a gorgeous patina. This piece almost certainly dates to the late 1800s/early 1900s and shows Austro-Hungarian influence with all bezel set faceted glass rhinestones in amber, topaz yellow, purple, and deep blue. Cuts include oval, round, baguettes, and squares. Hardware is done in beautiful Etruscan revival detailing with leaves, outer studs, and openwork. Measures 2.13" L and width is 0.5", widening to 0.63" at ends. Hinge and C-catch function perfectly.
